She is very knowledgeable about the market here in Orange County (and especially Newport Beach). We trusted her with offer amounts and the ever important counter offers...and our trust paid off! (She was respectful of "what we felt comfortable offering" while providing helpful insight into what offers would be successful without overpaying). Hannah was very responsive to all of our (many!) texts and emails and calls.
